If we think of a lemon, we all picture this perfect yellow fruit with a beautiful shape and smooth outside. But what happens if the lemon has an odd shape, too little, too big or just a bit ugly. Sadly, they get thrown away.
At Full Circle we believe all fruit is beautiful! We take the rejected lemons and capture their flavour in our Limoncello. We handpeel the zest and use this as the basis for a fresh lemon liqueur. The fruit gets juiced and the juice is used by other producers. This way we save the entire fruit from getting wasted.
