Full Circle coffee liqueur is made from leftover coffee grounds.
With a cargo bike we ride around Amsterdam to collect day fresh coffee grounds. To garantee a consistent taste we work together with Moyee Coffee, an Amsterdam based coffee company. Moyee is great, producing fairchain and sustainable coffee with an amazing taste. We choose our partners wisely!
We turn the coffee grounds into a coldbrew coffee liqueur. This gives a smooth and delicate coffee flavour without the bitterness of the coffee. Cacaonibs and vanilla are added to enhance the creaminess of the liqueur. A touch of orange makes the liqueur fresh and adds a touch of sour to balance the liqueur.
The end result is a smooth and fresh coffee liqueur that is delicate in its flavour. The pure taste of coffee builds up and remains in the after taste for a very long time. The perfect drink to sip after a nice dinner or to pair with a dessert. We have made our liqueur to be the perfect partner of the Espresso Martini, the most famous coffee cocktail.
